As we go through this Coronavirus emergency, lets take time to do something helpful for ourselves and others.

Take some time daily to meditate in whatever way you choose.

Daily meditation can help relieve stress, improve your attitude, and make you a more pleasant person to be around.

Make a point to meditate on a regular basis and feel free to join with us on Wednesday and Sunday nights to meditate for health and wholeness as we go through the Covid 19 pandemic.
